Rituals That Regulate

A 7-day practice for
mind, body, and soul.

cold plunge not required

also...it's free ;)

I've noticed that the things that support me most aren't usually the big things.

They're the things I do over and over again.

The morning meditation.
The workout.
The journaling.
The cup of tea.

The few quiet moments before everyone wakes up.

They're simple.

Almost boring.

Easy to overlook because they don't feel revolutionary.

And yet, when I stop doing them, I feel it.

Because the things that help us feel grounded are rarely complicated.

They're usually small rituals repeated often enough to become part of who we are.

That's the inspiration behind Rituals That Regulate.

A week of returning to the same simple practices each day.

Not because we need more information.

Because sometimes what we're missing is the experience of coming back to ourselves again and again.

What if regulation wasn't about finding the perfect routine?

What if it was about returning to a few simple practices over and over again?

For seven days, we're practicing the same rituals every day.

Not because we're boring.

Because repetition is where regulation lives.

No new workout every morning.
No new meditation every day.
No endless content to consume.

Just a simple daily practice designed to help you feel more grounded, supported, connected, and at home in your life.

A little less chaos.
A little more calm.
A little more you.

The Three Rituals

Every day we'll move through three simple rituals designed to support your mind, body, and soul.

Because regulation isn't just something that happens in your thoughts.

It's something we practice with our whole selves.

1. Journaling Practice

No ten-page journal prompts.
No digging up your childhood.
No writing an essay before breakfast.

Just a moment to check in with yourself before the rest of the world starts pulling on you.

2. Kundalini Meditation

Each day you'll be guided through the same three-minute Kundalini meditation.

Why the same meditation?

Because the goal isn't to master a new practice.

The goal is to experience what happens when you return.

Again.

And again.

And again.

The meditation becomes an anchor.

A signal to your nervous system that it's safe to slow down.

3. Movement Circuit

Every day we'll complete the exact same full-body bodyweight workout.

Read that again.

The same one.

Because your nervous system doesn't need novelty.

It needs safety.

It needs familiarity.

It needs experiences that tell your body:

"We've done this before. We're okay."

Throughout the week, I'll drop short audio messages exploring topics like:

  • Why rituals regulate

  • Borrowing safety from repetition

  • The nervous system loves predictability

  • Small things count

  • Caring for yourself instead of controlling yourself

  • Consistency as self-trust

  • What to carry forward when the week is over

  • Think less lecture.

  • More voice memo from a friend.

  • The kind of conversation that makes you feel seen, understood, and inspired to keep showing up.

By The End Of The Week...

You won't have completed a life overhaul.

You won't become a completely different person.

And honestly?

That's not the goal.

The goal is to leave with a handful of practices you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming, busy, noisy, or disconnected.

Practices that support your mind.

Practices that support your body.

Practices that support your soul.

Simple rituals that remind you how to come back to yourself.

Again and again and again.

And maybe that's the real magic.

Not becoming someone new.

Remembering the person you were all along.

Join us for Rituals That Regulate.

June 15.

Seven days.

Three simple rituals.

One beautiful return to yourself.
