I am getting all prepped and ready for my 1 day virtual retreat, Health, Wealth, & Flow happening this Friday, and I wanted to host a little giveaway.

Why Health, Wealth, & Flow?
Health: Finding comfort and safety in our human homes, our bodies, plays a large role in the state of our mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Throughout this retreat we will drop into the body, for mindful movement exercise sessions, yoga, meditation, and grounding work, as well as a seminar.
Wealth: LET’S TALK ABOUT MONEY, HONEY! While this will be on the agenda, abundance comes in more forms than just finances. Having an abundance mindset means creating a life focused on your desires instead of your fears. This will not only be a seminar topic but we will go through embodiment practices that call in this new energy.
Flow: Saying YES to this virtual retreat means saying yes to finding your flow with yourself and everything around you. We will flow through heart opening practices, yoga sets, energy healing, and our own emotions in journaling activities and connection to our intuitive voices.

I kept a daily gratitude practice which helped me find joy in the midst of turmoil.
Hello Abby! Kristen here! Not sure if you remember me from when I wanted to join your previous Camp Kundalini sign up, but I hope you are well. This year has been a world wind of emotions to say the least! I’ve learned to just take a second when I feel overwhelmed and not in control to step aside and tell myself I have this moment and I will never have it again. I can continue to dwell on everything or I can find positive in the present! I have suffered from mental health issues as long as I can remember, and learning to give myself grace has not been easy, but I’ve learned that if I can’t learn to…
I was able to take more time for self care and figuring out what works for me and getting a better understanding of myself, my values, my beliefs. Through doing that I have been available to my family during difficult times this year and ease their stress and even being able to not only give but accept love again when I thought I was too broken for a relationship ever again.
One great thing to come out of this year was learning Reiki. I was hesitate at first, but I trust Abby and she said if my intuition is telling me to do this then go for it! I love practicing it on myself, my family, and my cats. I even healed my poor kitties stomach (she swallowed a string). I am so grateful for this and for everything this year has brought me.
One of the best things that happened to me this year was I learned how to mute or get rid of negative people in my life and social media platforms. I took social media breaks for my mental health and picked up new hobbies to stay busy. I also took this year as a year to spend more time with my little family within the household which was a nice change from being so fast paced and always feeling like we had to be doing this and that. I took time for myself this year and I learned how to stand up for myself and speak my thoughts and opinions.
