Not so long ago, I was in the depths of the anxiety, the stress, the hamster wheel of control and fear, and my physical body started to shut down.

 

My sleep suffered, my relationships suffered, and my business suffered. 

 

But amongst all that suffering, I always held hope.

 

I didn’t know how, but I knew my life could be better.

 

I felt it so deeply within me that I can only describe it as a soul truth. And that belief carried me quite literally to keep searching for answers.

 

In 2017, I opened an email with a 3 minute Kundalini meditation and decided to give it a try. After 20 years of anxiety and stress, in just those 3 minutes, I felt the deepest calm I ever had in my life.

 

Those 3 minutes showed me true, authentic, inner peace. They showed me who I really was, that all the answers were always there. And I knew if I could feel it in a moment, I could feel it forever.

 

I chose to go all in, to pursue it until the end of time, for as long as it took. I never wanted to be 80 years old and wish I had worried less. I knew I was wasting my time, I think I always knew worrying was wasting time. It didn’t feel good to worry, so then how could it be helping me?

 

And now I not only have it, I am it. I can teach it because it’s who I’ve become. It’s not an idea or an illusive concept, it’s F*CKING REAL!

 

And I am so damn excited to share it all with you.

Along with all my personal experience, I am a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, and have been teaching and sharing this practice for nearly 4 years.

We all have trauma. We've all had experiences that created BIG BIG BIG feelings we were incapable or unable of processing in the moment...enter trauma.

 

Trauma doesn't happen from thinking, it happens from feeling.

Intense emotional experience create trauma in your body when you are unable to hold and process the hugeness of the feeling in the moment.

To protect yourself, your mind creates stories around your traumas to avoid feeling like that again. 

These traumas create triggers that activate mental memories and physical feelings of the trauma which can be very uncomfortable. 

Breaking through your triggers and healing your traumas happens THROUGH THE BODY!


Your breakthrough is stored in your body right now, as unprocessed emotion...

The triggers you experience at times are proof of that...those things that sting a little when you see, hear, or experience something that reminds you of the past traumatic event.

Mental health is a misleading term, because it implies that both the trauma and the healing comes from the mind.

But trauma cannot be rationalized, or thought through, it must be moved through the body. 

This is somatic healing. 
This is true liberation.
This is the work we do inside CAMP KUNDALINI!

Camp is a deep dive into the ancient yogic practice of Kundalini, but with my modern, embodiment flair. 

Here's how it works: I create an ultra, safe-to-be-fully-you space, where you learn to accept and love all of you, and walk with every emotion you have. While you do that, we meditate and practice kundalini yoga together through morning and evening rituals and live classes, which strengthen your nervous system and improve your resiliency to triggers. We release old pain, and create space for new joy, peace, and love to come in and be HELD SAFELY in your nervous system.
